I was a patient there for about 1 1/2 years with several appointments. Over that time, I was asked to change my appointments at least 4 times, and had them cancel once. Recently I called during office hours for an urgent appointment because one of the fillings/tooth he fixed 2 weeks prior broke for the second time. Intense pain. Look elsewhere. I was a patient there for about 1 1/2 years until today. Over that time, I was asked to change my appointment at least 4 times, and had them cancel once because of an "emergency." Yesterday, I called during office hours because one of the fillings and tooth he fixed 2 weeks ago broke again....for the second time. dr. mackin has always been my dentist I go to. he knows I work in customer service & knows how important that is to me. his whole staff including him self are amazing & really know how to make you feel special
