I went to Dr. Harb for my interstitial cystitis. He sat with me and discussed diet changes and stress management options and provided me with a lot of reading material on the subject. He also discussed surgery options and plans if the diet and stress management options didn't help. I followed his recommendations by changing my diet and working on stress management and my pelvic pain has gone away. I really appreciated him discussing these options with me and helping me avoid surgery.
Amazing, Dr Harb actually came out to the waiting room to greet us. First impressions are lasting impressions. 100% great doctor. I have never met a doctor that showed the caring, concern, and interest in a patient as this doctor did. I don't usually rave about doctors due to past experiences starting at the age of 3 spending 30 days in Childrens Hospital, Downtown Detroit at a time when parents weren't allowed to stay with their children, same thing happened at the age of 6 and age 9, doctors offices were never my favorite ... read more
Dr. Harb caused blood clots and an infection from a simple procedure to remove a kidney stone from my uriter. He caused severe hematuria in my kidney. There were Stones he could have removed but he did not and left them in there. I had to see another urologist to fix the dangerous mess he made . The other urologist removed all the stones and the blood clots. Do not ever trust Dr. Harb I also had a friend that was in her seventies that had a bad experience with him. I've been seeing Dr Harb for around 2 years. I'm been very impressed with his compassion and putting my health his first concern. It's easy to see his job is his calling, not just a paycheck.
I had Left side lithotripsy 10mm stone, after the procedure was scheduled he said he could not get me in, then a couple hours later he calls and says I can get in if I show up within 2 hours. Then I get to the hospital and he tells me that this was an elective procedure which made me feel kind of uncomfortable because he recommended it almost as if it was my fault for proceeding. Doesn’t listen.
Very friendly ... Needs to listen more, after he asks a question ... very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Seems very genuine and loyal to his community and family.
A doctor with high integrity. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Dr. Harb sits with you and discusses all options. He does not want to rush. I had switched many doctors in the past years but I will always have Dr. Harb as my urologist.
I'm very thankful Dr. Harb took the time with me! Together we'll get things working. Very good doctor!!
