This office has TERRIBLE patient service from the admin staff. Dr. Krol is great but he needs to fire his admin staff. I have been trying for 4 weeks to call and schedule appointments for my husband and son and no matter what time I call, they REFUSE to answer. To make matters worse, the voice message says to not leave messages but they just expect you to continue calling them until they answer. That’s ludicrous. We are switching to a new provider today.
Best doctor I have ever been to. Such a great listener and cares about his patients.
I've been a patient of Dr Krol for over 25 years He listens to all my concerns and address them right away I trust him 100 percent
I have been a patient for many years and appreciate the quality care that I have received from Dr. Krol. However, it is very difficult to reach the office by phone. My last appointment was seven months ago, yet when CVS tried repeatedly to reach the office to request a prescription refill, they had no success and gave up. I tried many times myself and after six or seven attempts was able to get through and was told that my prescription would be called in.
