They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
