Absolutely love the girls pediatrician we typically see dr chuck but haven’t encountered a doc i don’t care for my kids are happy there and so am i they engage with my kids and always have excellent bedside manner and address any if not all my questions and concerns for the girls super glad i switched and will forever recommend them to everyone ❤️
I can’t say enough about the understanding and kindness of the staff! When I was in a bind they went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking. Not only kindness but genuine want to get to know my children. Truly felt like appreciated patients of this practice.
I seriously LOVE this office. My daughter fell last night and as a first time mom I was so scared. I called them they told me what to look for and a few hrs later she spit up. I called them after hours and the nurse I spoke to was so sweet and reassuring . Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. My daughter will never go anywhere else �
We have been coming to see Dr. Chuck Kelly for almost 9 years now! All 3 of my children absolutely love him and look forward to going to the doctor. They were even excited for flu shots this year! I have no complaints!! Baby #4 will be seeing Dr Chuck soon!!!
Both of my boys go to the Covington office never been to anther doctor I love these pediatricians I would recommend them to anyone and I have. A few years back a friend of mine father passed away Dr. Chuck came to his memorial service on a Sunday how many doctors do you know what do that take time out of their own life that's what kind of doctors you get with pediatric care of Kentucky
My kids have been coming to this practice since birth. Friday in very short notice and they were finished for the day, the Burlington office got my son in and confirmed strep. He has been on meds and will not miss school (which he was afraid of since he has perfect attendance). The doctor and the staff were not the least bit upset we came in. They were very friendly and understanding. We love pediatric care of Ky. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you for getting him in on Friday and helping him get better.
I don't normally write reviews. I don't always feel like people read them however I feel like it's time. My daughters have been patients of this practice since birth (13 plus years). I have five children . All of them had been going there since they was born. Since 1991. From my oldest who is 29 now to my youngest who are 10. The doctors here are phenomenal. But after an incident with my youngest had broken her growth plate in her finger, she needed a referral from the pedicatric office. The staff refused to give her a referral because she had not been seen in 3 years. I said why would she need to be seen if her shots are up to date and she's has been a healthy child?
