First off when you arrive your given a piece of paper asking what your complaint is. I thought thats why you told the receptionist when you made the appointment but ok. After a long wait you finally get to wait some more in the back waiting rooms. Then in comes the machine Dr. Monteleone. He sits across the room from you and immediately start in on your complaint from your paper. After examining you he then will ask you what you think should be done about your issue. Dr. Monteleone is a very thorough, methodical, patient doctor. It took me a couple visits to get used to him because he is very different from Dr. Gonzales, whom he replaced & took over his patients. Dr. G used to give me a full year refill on a certain prescription. When they switched over, there was some frustration with him only giving me one month at a time, so there were days I was without it. This doctor is no longer located at Sierra Pacific Ortho! He is now practicing at Peachwood medical group, this needs updating!
I have seen Dr Monteleone for a few years now and now in my sixties I can say he is the most methodical, compassionate and processional Doctor I have seen to date. As a matter fact I should of made this review years ago but while Goggling him today I saw a one star review for him because of a payment issue that was not made. I am an employer of only thirteen people. In all States company;s under 50 employees I am exempt from mandatory insuring employees. But we do anyway and it is a good PPO. As a long term patient of Peachwood Medical Group (over 20 years) I am sad to say I am leaving this facility. Dr monteleone and his office sent a $90 bill to collections after just 3 months, and stated he would not see me until I was paid up. As a long term patient with no outstanding bills I find this offensive and see the Dr. As greedy. I was there when Dr erickson as well as Dr Gonzalez retired. I will not be going back.
