Find someone else. Had hip done in Jan 2023. Had pain for a year. To this day hip hurts and not comfortable. My other hip surgery 17 years ago feels better than one done by Kagan.

2 hour wait times, no bedside manner. When I asked about how much longer, I was told he always overbooks. I also was called, messaged the day before to make sure that I was on time even though they could care less about their patient’s time.

He is rude ..my knee was swelled his pa took care of the first time didn't barley feel it mri and ezray 2 weeks later go see dr.kagen he drained my knee it hurt that a mofo he didn't even care his bedside manner sucks i will never go back to him

I had major shoulder surgery on December of 2020. The next day I had home physical therapy. He was a nice guy working with me stretching my arm. Nine days after surgery I visited Dr Kagen post op visit. He asked me “How’s therapy coming along?” I answered, “Fine” He told me to stand up and lift my arm. I lift as high as I can go.
