Unprofessional office and staff. More worried about getting there money then treating there pt's. Receptionsits rude and arrogant on the phone who do not care or listen when you have a problem. I am very unsatisified with Dr Cichon and his office staff. I do not and will never recomend this dentist to my family or friends.
extremely unprofessional. had a post implanted and ended up with a massive bone infection. because he only uses novacaine, had to endure excruciating pain of lancing infection site, only to be sent on my way with some antibiotics and pain killers. 3 days later, infection was no better , and dr. Cichon wants to repeat lancing process, this time removing post again with only Novocain. he couldn't help me find an oral surgeon that would do this procedure under anesthesia, so I had to find one on my own. dr. Will never be going back, had a tooth pulled 8 months ago and still having pain, I have to know have gum surgery
tooth pulled, was not around for three days after, had a bone infection
For routine dentistry its ok but do NOT use him for Cosmetic dentistry such as crowns, caps etc. He is horrible at it. I had crowns for over 18 years without a problem. He re-crowns them and within three years they have fallen out two times on one and three times on the second. Refused to correct the problem.
Notably good service experience The best dentist I have ever been too. Walks you through everything! And his staff are very friendly. I've never laughed so hard at a dentist's office before. Dawn, their hygienist is great with my cleanings. Dr. Cichon put in a crown for me. He didn't like the first crown they sent...so he sent it back until they improved on it. Then he called me in for the work. He took his time and made sure I understood what was happening and made sure I was numb. I will use no other dentist.
