I couldnt have been more greatful during my experience at Smile Makers. The very first time I went, I had BCBS dental coverage. It was almost a year later when I scheduled another visit. I wasn't asked on the phone if I had any changes in my insurance, which I was doing other things as well while I was on that call, and I was rushing because I was in a hurry.
