This practice has changed! I trusted this man for years. Went to have a tooth extracted, was told the root is in my sinus cavity. Referred me to a surgeon who only accepts cash. I just had it pulled by a REAL dentist!!!!John's ratings have went down.....sad! This was a great dental practice. AVOID AT ALL COST....because it will cost A LOT! The older woman at the front desk? I would suggest her attitude be adjusted or let go, one or the other.
Rude front office with sense of coldness. The person who answers your phone sets the tone and image of your practice. This is telling. Keep driving by. If this is what you get upfront this is what you get in back. Not impressed.

2-12-20 The review is for Danielle and Dr. Balon. I could not find Danielle's review site. Danielle is the kindest and most professional chair side assistant anyone could have. She is very gentle and very skilled. Dr. Balon has saved my life with the strong confidence he projects. I love them both.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Balon. He has made my trash can of a mouth into a show stopping smile. I actually get compliments on my teeth now! That's something I would have never imagined before. He is professional, nice, and keeps you informed about everything involved in your dental procedure. He is great with kids and adult alike. His staff is also very friendly and the office and patient rooms are always nice and clean.

Ive had bad teeth for a long time due to no dental insurance so i was nervous about going after hearing of dentists badgering people about it. Dr Balon has and his staff have done nothing but wonders for me. All procedures so far from periodontal scaling to tooth extractions have been painless and fast. Dr balon and his hygenist Kayla are very knowledgeable with everything and explain in great detail about the procedures and treatment plans for you. I'll be seeing him until he retires.
I've been a patient of Dr. Balon's for almost two years. Since day one he has been the most personable, professional, and caring dentist I've ever known. His entire staff is likewise very helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a lot of major dental work i needed to have done and Dr. Balon earned my trust and respect immediately. I would (and have) definitely recommend Dr. Balon to my friends and family!
If you want to go to an office that is informative, high tech, and has prompt care this is the office for you! Always a pleasant experience with great staff assistanting Dr Balon. Top of the line office!
