I’ve been a nurse for close to 30 years and I can honestly say that Dr. Baker is the kindest, most caring physician I’ve ever known. I’m so blessed that he’s my neurologist.
Dr. Baker has been good, but I've had to wait over 2 weeks for him to get back to me. His office doesn't answer calls. I always get a voicemail. The office needs improvement.
If I could give a ZERO, I most certainly would after my follow up. Initial encounter to see him from a referral from my PCP, after a several day episode of amnesia, with my brain MRI cd in hand. He was upbeat, friendly. Told me when he opened the door You have a beautiful brain. That exact phrase he repeated during my VERY short visit. Said he couldn't see how the event related to my results, got up, gave me a paper for several month follow up, repeated that phrase once again as he quickly exited my room.
