My father did not receive full services that were billed to insurance when questioning the dr he discharged my father and his wife his reason being they had the same insurance when his wife is a separate human, separate patient separate medical record which violates HIPAA in my opinion. Not the nicest doc on the block.

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? No, they only examined them for a few seconds

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
