Several years ago Dr. Ellis did a crown on my lower molar. After numerous visits over 6 months he never was able to get it to fit correctly, having to grind it down into the metal base. It still was striking the upper tooth incorrectly, causing malalignment displacing my other teeth, headaches, and jaw pain. Every dentist that looked at it said it was the WORST crown they had ever seen. Now it caused the opposing tooth to break in half exposing the pulp and will cost me $1260 to repair.
