Offered my appointment slot (for a routine eye exam) to a gentleman requesting to see the Doc about problems he was having post-cataract surgery. He said he was scared. The Tech refused to use my appointment slot. The gentleman had to leave. I fired them on the spot. Horrible empathy and horrible customer service. I am seeking a new provider.

Doctor Thayer was polite and punctual for my visit. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, unlike my last eye doctor. His manager Nicole is also very kind and always finds an appointment time that works for me.
Excellent. Dr. Thayer did a successful cataract surgery for me during a 2009-2010 timeframe , and I have been going to him for regular checkups ever since. Never have had a complaint, He is thorough, professional and thoughtful of his patients.
Dr Thayer is a man of few words. I gave the technician a list of my issues and Dr. Thayer never addressed them with me. I mentioned a few and he answered them very briefly and felt that I was rushed out of there.
