Dr. John Schneider is an amazing hand surgeon. He performed two hand and wrist surgeries, one on each arm and I am now pain free. I had chronic pain in my right hand where I had a huge ganglion growth and arthritis and in my left hand I had tingling and numbness due to carpal tunnel and arthritis. So, so grateful for an amazing doctor, wonderful therapist and helpful staff!! Dr John Schneider has a great bed side manner!! Friendly & kind! First impression he told me “this is why I don’t do referrals” . Horrible bedside manner. Took X-ray and didn’t have a good reason why,$$$ I’m sure!!! He was horrible in his explanation and lack of knowledge. Please don’t spend your time or money for this non-professional. Very arrogant I think he feels superior when he’s really insecure and relies on insurance!! Ha!
I saw Dr. Schneider a few months ago. My knees had been very painful andi wanted to discuss surgery with him. He looked at two old X-rays, laughed at me and said there was nothing to fix. He never suggested an MRI, or new X-rays. He was so condescending and arrogant, I spent most of the appointment sobbing from humiliation and frustration.Last week I went to have a 2nd opinion at Orthoillinois.
