Horrible. No bedside manner. Downright rude.
Dr John Schneider is a dedicated, caring professional whose knowledge spans more than just the issue you bring. His caring way immediately sets you at ease and then he begins to explain, in words that you can understand, what the problem is and how he can help. He has a high standard for himself, his staff and his patients, as your health is seen as a team effort. Dr. John Schneider is an amazing hand surgeon. He performed two hand and wrist surgeries, one on each arm and I am now pain free. I had chronic pain in my right hand where I had a huge ganglion growth and arthritis and in my left hand I had tingling and numbness due to carpal tunnel and arthritis. Not only is he an excellent surgeon but he is kind, compassionate, and caring. He explained everything to me in detail so that I would know why I was having so much pain. So, so grateful for an amazing doctor, wonderful therapist and helpful staff!! Dr John Schneider has a great bed side manner!! Friendly & kind! He treated my broken wrist 7 years ago, my shoulder 3 years ago and currently treating my broken elbow. Got it right every time! COMPETENT & COMPASSIONATE!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First impression he told me “this is why I don’t do referrals” . Horrible bedside manner. Took X-ray and didn’t have a good reason why,$$$ I’m sure!!! He was horrible in his explanation and lack of knowledge. Please don’t spend your time or money for this non-professional. Very arrogant I think he feels superior when he’s really insecure and relies on insurance!! Ha!
