Dr. Petros was my surgeon at the VA Regional Medical Center when I was diagnosed in November, 2014. I had a complete nephrectomy of my right kidney after much consultation with Dr. Petros. He explained each choice, reiterated the good and bad of each, but left the decision up to me. He guided me to make the right decision for my circumstances and explained risks, recovery times, long term survival, just all the options.
