John Birchfield is The man! If you have a complication or question about saving a tooth, there is no one better, more creative, kind & talented. He's as much an artist as he is an Endodontist. I've been a patient for 30+ yrs & have never been disappointed. You will not find anyone better! Highly Recommend.
This doctor is AMAZING ... he did a root canal a year or more and I started having trouble with this tooth ... he tried for a couple of weeks to make the pain better, but at the end it had to be extracted. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, but Theresa called and said that Dr. Birchfield wanted to know if I wanted him to come in (on Friday, his day off) so he could extract the tooth ... what doctor does that ... only him that I know of ... and BTW, his staff is also amazing!!!

The phrase "more painful than a root canal" is used often in life to denote something awful, but Dr. Birchfield made my root canal so painless (and dare I say pleasant) that I am not sure where that phrase comes from. I know I will be hurting when the numbness wears off, but I am still so pleased that I was seen quickly, Dr. B explained everything clearly and pleasantly, and his main concern was ensuring I felt no pain during the process. Thank you!
Professionalism at its best! The staff are happy and knowledgeable. The Dr explained everything before as while performing the procedure. I wish he could be my primary dentist! I highly recommend!
