My experience with this provider was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was unexpectedly placed on speakerphone during a conversation without my knowledge or consent while he was in the room with my partner. At the time, I was told she was at lunch, so I had no idea I was being overheard. Because Maryland is a two-party consent state, I should have been informed in advance and asked for permission. I have experienced psychological challenges since childhood. Dr. Sandy is the first physician with whom I have felt comfortable being my authentic self. My mental health has remained stable under his care, and I am profoundly grateful for this stability.
Very trash, cold, callous! Just an all around horrible provider. Do not recommend
Dr. Sandy was okay but the billing team is really sketchy. My previous payments were not showing on my bill and I had to call several times to get in contact with someone at their billing department. The receptionist tried saying that I had not made any payments at all. Then, an Indian man named “Sam smith” was condescending and said that I needed to contact my insurance if I have questions about my deductible.
