I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Maryland eye center. Front desk Jen was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. They were very helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. Tech Josue and Karen were professional and knowledgeable. My experience here has been lackluster. They charged me extra for an exam without telling me because of astigmatism. I was supposed to get trial contacts and no one contacted me when it has arrived. I kept calling them and leaving voicemails with no call back. Then their hours are until 5 pm as shown on Google and their website. I came in today around 3:30 pm and was told that all staff have left. Do they just leave whenever they want to?! It has been so inconvenient and inconsistent.
