I had an appointment at 9:30, but when I arrived I was told that the doctor they had scheduled me with didnt take my insurance (VSP) and so I had to reschedule to another day with a different doctor.
They were nice
This is a lovely office. Very clean and well kept. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. She was so kind when checking me in and scheduling my appointment after seeing the doctor. She was very helpful.
Pretty terrible experience. They lied a couple of times about certain things they were supposed to do. For example, they were supposed to contact my insurance company about a pre authorization. One of the surgical coordinators told me they had at a certain time/day. I called my insurance and found out that was a lie. They’re very disorganized when it comes to trying to schedule patients for surgeries. First time here. My appointment was at 9:40 and I was here at 9:39. Huffy front staff (who I overheard her complaining that she’s only had three hours of sleep) dismissively sent me to the kiosk to check in. I will say she did apologize later for the chaos and another staff member told me it’s not usually like this. However, I’ve now been here for two hours and 15 minutes and have yet to be seen by the doctor!!
