Dr. Montgomery, his assistant Karen and other staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I got good suggestions for the best products to use on my eyes.
I honestly like this place at first we called to make a appointment and Mr.Jorge helped with that he was very polite and professional, they are a great place, staff are nice and helpful
If I could give zero stars I would. The Front Desk people are nice enough. The billing office is incompetent. The doctor is decent. But not wonderful. I had $110 credit on my account for almost 2 years and it took multiple requests to have that credit either applied to a current service or refunded to me for almost 2 years (Dec 2024 credit). Dr. Lizabeth and the other staff were all very kind and I did not have issues with their care during my appointment. My issue is with this office's insurance policies and intake at this office. I chose this office as they were a "preferred provider" on my vision insurance website. I booked an appointment on the website and got a phone call asking that I also provide me health insurance.
