I made an appointment for my daughter, and Mr. Jorge assisted me very well and provided the necessary information for the appointment; he was very polite and communicated excellently.
Poor customers service from the guy handling glasses pick up. Very condescending approach, talked to me like I am dumb. Even when I told him not to talk to me in that manner, he persisted. I got a wrong prescription glasses , I paid $350 from my purse for the visit outside what the insurance covered. I came back after two weeks of trying to work the glasses to no avail and he enjoyed talking to me as if I don’t understand anything. I left the glasses for him to keep and walked out.
