Professional and courteous staff. Plus, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes for the examination to begin.
The doctor took a long time to see me, even though I had an appointment. He was knowledgeable, and courteous, but he tried to up-sell me to expensive cosmetic procedures at a different clinic of his multiple times. He also plucked two eyelashes out, and then charged it as a "surgery", for which I was charged $100, without any explanation that it was an upcharge. Exceptionally well-run practice with personable & professional staffing throughout —from the receptionist, to the technicians, to the doctor!
Excellent staff and a very clean office. The kiosk check-in was easy—just have your ID and insurance card ready. The staff works hand in hand to assess your needs and check your vision before seeing the doctor, moving you from room to room like a smooth baton pass in an Olympic relay. Dr. Marsh was quick and efficient. They even offer snacks, which was a nice added touch. Overall, a great experience.
I had a doctor's appointment on Friday December the 15th, And I was greeted warmly by Jen at the front desk after I had checked in at the computer. My appointment was with Dr. Marzban, and he greeted me warmly as always with a nice smile and explained that my eye exam had been the same with no changes as I had expected.
