Over the past 8 months, I have struggled with a low hum/ringing in my left ear. I consulted with an ENT and was diagnosed with Meniere’s Disease-a condition believed to be related to excess fluid buildup in the inner ear. I had a CT scan, inner ear steroid injections, changed to a low-sodium diet, tried transcranial therapy, acupuncture, massage, and Botox injections in my jaw.
