Highly unprofessional impression. I waited 6 weeks to see Dr. Lilly, couldn’t get an in-person appointment, virtual was the only choice. I made non-trivial accommodations to be able to dedicate time to it. Dr. Lilly was 20 minutes late to a 15-minute slot we had scheduled and clearly behaved rushed to move on. Yeah, I get it, doctors are busy highly paid professionals. But I’m also not yet exactly retired and have things to do. I’m also in pain that I need professional help to address. We move on to my case. Dr. Lilly essent... read more
The appointment started with a scolding from Dr Lilly that my husband hadn't followed up with a Urologist since a benign biopsy 5 years previously. We were never told it was necessary to follow up. My husband had a rising PSA and after a physical exam by Dr. Lilly, he said there was nothing at all suspicious and the exam was unremarkable. He was dismissive with my questions & concerns. The notes from the exam were more concerned with my husband's weight (which he didn't discuss much during the visit). We decided to get a 2nd... read more
only thing he cares about is the insurance money dont waste your time
All I can say is that Dr. Lilly and his staff was excellent overall. From the time that I learned that I had prostate cancer to when I learned that I was cancer free after my surgery,,,, I must say that Dr Lilly was always ready to listen to my concerns as we went through this high anxiety process, and always answered my questions in a short period of time thus relieving some of my anxiety. His professionalism is top rated. I would highly encourage one to discuss urological issues with Dr. Lilly.
Always makes time if more needed. One of the most experienced prostate urologist around.
Excellent experience with Dr. Lilly. Very glad my follow up was with him. I felt at ease throughout, he provided good information, and so far, everything seems quite appropriate. I appreciate his approach.
This was an annual visit. I am now 11 years post a siccessful seed implant for prostate cancer. Dr. Lilly has been my primary urologist. I have perfect trust in his advice.
He has taken care of me for 7 years. He chooses the means of treating me.
I recently had a scare with an elevated PSA. My GP wanted to refer me to a urologist for further investigation. I said I wanted the best. I was referred to Dr. Lilly: it turned out I needed a prostate biopsy. The procedure went extremely well. I was really surprised at how at ease I was during the process. He walked me through it as it happened, told me everything that he was doing, and I felt almost nothing. Incredible. If you must see a urologist, see the best. I heartily recommend Dr. Lilly.
