Dr.Bigley took his time patiently explaining all my options, was very friendly and kind. He eased my anxiety about the treatment plan and made my feel very comfortable. His staff was also very polite and attentive.
Dr. BIGLEY removed a stent today. He is very gentle and explained what he was doing. After that he spent time talking with me and my husband. Explained everything. The nurse )Barb )) was very sweet and explained to me what exactly was going to happen.
I saw Dr. Bigley for surgical removal of 3 kidney stones, and a week after for stent removal. He was extremely kind and friendly and made sure that I had sufficient answers to any and all of my questions. during the stent removal procedure I was very upset snd anxious about having it done and between the Dr. and his nurse, I was made to feel completely safe and comfortable. He was very very quick and professional and caused me minimal discomfort. I will absolutely be keeping him as my urologist in the future and I have alrea... read more
