My family and I have seen Dr, Culbertson from (1985-2000s) when he closed his Trolly Corner location. Dr. Culbertson (literally) saved my fathers life when hospitalized due to a major prescription error from an unethical Psychiatrist who was criminally charged and no longer practices medicine.
