I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cosmetic Foot Ankle & Leg Vein Center and with Dr. Jodi Shoenhaus’s office in regarding a $250 charge collected at the start of my varicose-vein treatment. As a 68 y.o. very physically active physician researcher, I became hobbled and very saddened by my loss of fat pads in both feet. I did my own research on the condition and concluded that Dr. Schoenhaus was the world leader in various kinds of fat pad restoration, which I I felt would provide me with the best quality of life moving forward. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork, which I completed about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. Was then put in a examining room and sat there and waited for about a half hour before the doctor walked in. By that time I was totally disappointed with any level of service. I started to put my shoes on when the doctor walked in and I said that I’m leaving I was then questioned as to why, and I said you’re a half hour late upon which she looked at her watch and said no it’s only 27 minutes.... read more

This office is amazing, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Dr. Schoenhaus is top notch. She takes her time and does a thorough exam. Highly recommend!!
