WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. As a patient who has been symptomatic for 2–3 years and in need of specialized care, I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Dr. Jocelyn Meyers’ office at Carolina Health Specialists. Dr. Myers is great. Staff, not so much. Rude checkout staff and when I asked a question on the portal, they did not READ my question and the reply was totally inappropriate to what I asked. Not the doctors fault. Management and training issue. I worked in medical offices my entire career and we would never treat a patient with disrespect.
I love Dr Meyers. I've only had a handful of Dr's whom I feel are taking the time to address my medical needs..She listens to your concerns and makes medication adjusts where needed and answers all my questions and concerns with language I can understand.She even writes down the new plan for me since sometimes I tend to forget..I've gone from an 8.3 to a 6.7 under her care..
