Hello! I am very frustrated with "Angel J" who is a CMA and also Dr. Jobby Mampilly for lack of ownership to correct an issue at the Joliet Duly office on 3/21. I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:40 AM for an initial visit, and was told 10 minutes prior by Angel to bring information from my CPAP.
