First people in the office and waited 45 min to get in a room and the 15 more minutes for Dr. Dr’s only concern was having me sign butt covering document so that he would prescribe a sedative that I’ve been taking for many years for sleep/anxiety . Never asked about my depression which I checked off on questionnaire. My husband has a blood disorder that requires regular hematology appts. Dr did not provide a referral. Receptionist handed my husband another Pt’s paper work. New to area. Poor :(
My wife fell and hurt her wrist. . We went to Dr. A's clinic when it opened on a Monday, and we were seen promptly and taken care of. This is the type of care they give, and why we use their services.
He has treated me on several occasions, along with his partner and medical practice owner Dr. John Mason. Both physicians show empathy, an ability to explain health conditions clearly and patiently, and a respect for the patient as an adult who can make his or her own decisions.
He rolled his eyes at some of my concerns. I didn't feel like he really listened. I kind of felt like he brushed me off and it was just business as usual, or like he was minimizing my concerns. The eye rolling was the worst part, and I just felt it was rude and unprofessional. He addressed my issues, but the manner in which he did so made me feel like I wouldn't want to see him again.

Dr. A was exceptionally thorough in examining me, and clearly explained each aspect of his examination. Additionally, he was very professional in manner, and courteous and helpful
