On several occasions, my appointment had to be cancelled because the only hygienist on the staff was either ill or otherwise not at work. Both the staff and Dr. Clark often suggested dental work that would have been nice to have but actually unnecessary, very expensive, and not covered by my insurance. A visit to Dr. Clark' s office usually entails a long waiting period before the patient actually sees Dr. Clark.
Very poor bedside manner. Very rude. All I needed was a cleaning and she tried to sell me a bunch of procedures I didn't need (i.e. Veneers). I'll never go back there. They even tried to sell me a powered toothbrush that was $50 overpriced as I tried to leave the office.
High cost, long lead time for appointments, less than desirable customer service when calling to confirm appointments,
facility not very calming or relaxing..... Dr. Clark was not very gentle with me. I went for an examination and cleaning when she examined me she did not make me feel calm just did what she had to and left .. I will not continue my care with her
