Super responsive, knowledgeable & great bedside manner
I've been seeing Dr. Joan Lit since the nineties and it's almost 2022 and she's still my primary doctor that should tell you something.
Dr. Litt has been caring and helpful to me. I think she is one of the best doctors I've been to.
I give 2 stars to Dr. Lit because she's a good doctor who took the time to discuss my thyroid concerns with me and work with me to get my hormones to the right level. However, her office staff is TERRIBLE! No one returns calls, they always put me on hold for long stretches of time, and never seem to know what's going on. A simple request for medication adjustment took nearly 2 weeks to complete! There is no excuse for this. My guess is that this practice is a type of "cattle mill" with more patient load than it can handle.
Dr. Lit is very well educated and is a very devoted and caring doctor. The best I have found!
