I tried getting my child seen after taking them to the ER over the weekend and when discharged they told me to follow up with their pediatrician the following day. So I called to get my child seen and I’m told they have no appointments that I can take them back to the hospital if I needed to. I thought sick kids were priority after going to ER for care, at least that’s how it’s always been with their previous pediatrician. They are no help with sick kids only when you have an appointment.
Most of the front office staff sucks, no help when it comes to a sick child and trying to get them checked for proper diagnosis and then kids end up in the emergency room, signed-personal experience
Twice we have shown up and greeted by male receptionists who states we are late to our appointment even though we show him proof we received a text stating our time is the time we arrived and we had a card he wrote on from previous visit stating same time. He is rude and completely unprofessional. We will not be returning and would no longer recommend this doctor to anyone else he losing patient because of his staff
Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told to do everything online which is fine, but when I requested to have my son seen this Friday, I was met with it can take a week to see if he gets approved? This is wild. Called another pediatrician’s office and immediately they took my info over the phone and scheduled me for my desired time.
Mala experiencia con el estudio de PKU... A mis bebés les toman las muestras, pagamos los estudios y 15 días después nos llaman para decirnos que el correo no llegó y no hay resultados. Les aviso que ya no estamos en el país y me responde que no hacen reembolsos, y si quiero, los llevo y les hacen el estudio gratis.
