Dr. Jiwani is one of those people you are grateful to have in your life. Smart, candid, capable, authentic. Thorough and conscientious with your eye care. Centrally located as well in my neighborhood, short walking distance to Spading subway. Excellent.
She’s great, I’ve been going to her for years as well as other family members, her expertise and her presence just makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an Optometrist.
Dr Jiwani has a calm, patient and informed approach in walking patients through every step in the tests. She is very thorough and seeks to understand all health history to provide an educated assessment and suggestions for next steps for preventative care. There is never any pressure to purchase eyewear from her. She seems to sincerely care about the overall health and care of her patients.
Dr is very good and honest person. She mentions the issue and listen to concerns as a member of a family. I have been in touch for my eye issue she helped me to get it solved. Shanell the Receptionist lady was kind and humble. Good smile make customer forgive their issue what she try to deliver.
