Dr. Lee is a good listener, and she is a good communicator/educator. I’m happy to have found her.
I was not made aware during the booking of my appointment and all of the days leading up to the day of my appointment that I would be charged for the visit. I was told that I would have to seek reimbursement through my HMO plan. Per the Patient Bill of Rights, I was to be informed upfront, before the visit, that I may have to pay. But even this information is incorrect. They were supposed to go through my insurance. They are a money-grab with never-ending follow-up visits, just so they can bilk money out of insurance and now... read more
