Waited almost three months for a new patient appointment with Dr. Mackey, but when I arrived, I was pawned off onto the nurse practitioner, and I never even got to meet Dr. Mackey, who sat in her office the entire time!! I have no clue who she is! Disrespectful and uninterested.
I found Dr. Mackey after moving to Delaware using a company provided search engine. Our family is very happy with our selection of Dr. Mackey as she is very thorough and friendly. She take as much time as you need during your exam, never rushed. Her evaluations and diagnoses have been very helpful to our families care. Great Doctor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Dr. Mackey is great. She takes the time to review your chart, listen to concerns, and individualize a plan for you. When there, staff is friendly. Unfortunately most of my calls to the office go unanswered. No VM. Or if you get a person, poor follow up. I must remember to call back again (and again).
Dr. Mackey is compassionate and takes her time to listen to the patient. She is conservative in her practice, which I appreciate. She doesn't seem to overdiagnose or overprescribe and makes holistic recommendations to quality of life. A true doctor!
