I've been taking my children to her for 18 years and she is fabulous. She looks for "causes" of issues and doesn't just prescribe medications for symptoms. Great doctor!
She was recommended by a couple friends who have seen her for years. We only went for a regular checkup but Dr Jill spent a long time with us and answered all our questions.
My kids have seen Dr. Jill for 15 years! She is absolutely wonderful! If you have a child with a special need, she is THE pediatrician to see. My son has Asperger’s and she was the one who got us headed in the right direction with change in diet along supplements. Today he is virtually symptom free. Her office staff is also very gracious!
We were so happy when we first found her. But now have come to realize that she does not care for the wellbeing of her families only scams them into thinking they need. I’m not so sure her practice is going to survive much longer.
I would not recommend going there due to their billing Dept . I was billed incorrectly based on the insurance saying the code they provided didn’t match what was said and their office admitted that what was said on the statement was not what the insurance was claiming the code is for. I had scheduled a free annual well check like I do ever year but apparently a previous visit was coded incorrectly and they refused to change the coding. It shows that if they make a mistake they won’t correct it
Absolutely love Dr. Dickerson as well as her nurses & phlebotomist! Front end staff...not so much! She has a horrible attitude & very disrespectful. Thankfully, it's not necessary to talk with her for too long!
If I was just rating the doctor and nurses I would give 5stars. I can't deal with the font office staff anymore. One lady is ALWAYS so rude and unpleasant. She really needs a job that doesn't deal with the public. She has no customer skills or compassion to be working in the medical field. You're told you're appointment is one time and then when you get there they tell you that one of your kids was 15min before and refuse to see her. We have used them for years, but they just lost 5 patients.
My 5 year old son was misdiagnosed. I brought him in several times during the summer of 2016, starting in August and after practically begging for their help in trying to find out what was wrong with him, they doctor pretty much said they didn't know what was wrong and sent us home. I took him to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and he was diagnosed with Cancer. He had a massive tumor in his abdomen and had stage 3 Burkitt's Lymphoma. Please choose another doctor for your child
The best pediatrician! Dr Dickerson is so kind and understands when things are not considered normal and that not all kids are made the same or react the same. She thinks outside the box and continues to educate herself on the latest and best practices for children medical procedures and medications. We have a disabled son and he adores her! What a blessing!
