They don’t seem to care if they make you wait 30 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time but you sure can’t be late or they charge you 50$ no show fee
If you are sick don’t expect to get an appointment. They will tell you to go to urgent care.
I was informed by my current doctor that they no longer take my insurance. Since my husband sees Dr. Gramer I thought I'd get myself and our daughter in to see her. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Gramer since Dec 5th but my calls continually go to voicemail. I have left messages but never received a call back. Today, by some miracle, I got through to a human who said they are not accepting new patients. It would have been helpful to have a call letting me know so I could stop wasting my time.
