Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated

They were happy to address every concern I had Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.
