Really disappointed with my experience. I went to the GI clinic and was assigned to Dr. Kim after having esophageal problems: difficulty swallowing, terrible acid reflux, and an inability to burp. Dr. Kim was focused on my colon and said I was due for a colonoscopy when all I wanted was help for my throat. He confirmed that lab showed I had a small hiatal hernia and yet he still completely dismissed all of my esophageal problems and said everything from the endoscopy was fine. Dr. Tau has been down to earth and caring. He takes the time to explain things well and puts your mind at ease.
Dr.Tau is the epitome of a good doctor. His bedside manner should be taught to all incoming young doctors. There is nothing fake about this man-his genuine personality, his devotion to his patients, and his professional knowledge are outstanding.
Dr. Tau is an exceptional doctor. He put me at ease for what I considered a very difficult and dreaded discussion and exam. I would highly recommend Dr.Tau.
