Yeah, he "may" be a nice guy 1, however, he's "incapable" (or should I say incompetent), of filling out any simple forms for disability benefits! Cut me off for no reason, saying it wasn't anything I did but that he referred me out to another Dr. Really? So that means you can't help me keep my job?! He literally made me lose my job because, he didn't "want" to write me a quick simple return to work letter, even after HE started my LOA! It is UNBELIEVABLE that a Dr would do this!
