I went to Dr. Kaplan today and I was very impressed with her being a very thorough, attentive and kind doctor. I would highly recommend her.
Pros - [ ] Not alarmist - [ ] Experienced Cons - [ ] The advice nurse felt like she could be better trained (read word by word the test result which was extremely sensitive and didn’t give us a clear picture, or feel empathetic towards our situation) - [ ] Response over portal can be hit or miss - I received a copy pasted response (I think they are under staffed as far as advice nurses or medical assistants) - [ ] The front desk/advice nurse team seem to be less empathetic than I would like as a new mom
