This vet (Dr. Francisco) is very rude. She appears nice but once you have a request, she gets extremely rude. My pet needed an ultrasound and she was going to keep her at the hospital alone for hours before she gets to do her ultrasound and my cat has anxiety and possibly IBD. I told her I'm worried that my cat will get too anxious and her IBD will act up, and while I was still finishing my sentence, she cut me off and screamed at me that this is how it is done here and gave me an attitude.
