As usual Dr Bilotta was caring and put me as ease during my visit. Talking to me the whole time as she gave me the shots in my knees. I have gone to Dr Bilotta over 5 years and followed her from one office that was 10 miles from my house and no traffic to and office that is 30+ minutes away and heavy traffic. I have total confidence in her.
My father, brother, and I are very injury-prone and Dr Bilotta has helped us numerous times. From hip injuries to messed backs and knees she has consistently ensured we stay healthy.
A hip injury with constant pain led me to visit several orthopedic doctors over a 3 week span and most experiences were frustrating. However Pinnacle, and Dr. Bilotta specifically, were really great. Dr. Bilotta explained my scans in depth, but also in real person terms that conveyed she listened and understood what concerns and answers I needed addressed.
