I wouldn't recommend this place. We went for my child's first newborn visit and we were asked to keep the peed and poop diaper on while weighing the baby. Our baby had a 9% weight loss at hospital and this 1 week measurement was really important and it needs to be done without diaper. The attendant kept insisting to keep the diaper on. Later we forcefully did the measurement without diaper and our baby so had 7% weight loss which would have been ignored if we kept diaper on. They had no diapers and wipes for patients to use.... read more
Want to take the time to say I love this clinic we been going for over 2 years and have always gotten attended really well and the lady’s are so nice and when we call for an appointment always give us an appointment at our convenience time and date over all love the clinic and DR.Mercado and the team !
I’m taking my time to put a bad review to this place because there’s over 10 females working there and don’t do their job I think the pediatrician is NOT aware that his employees get phone calls and never respond and if they do respond they put you on hold for over an hour that needs to STOP our kids need a good place to go especially for emergency’s !!! My sister was going here too and left for the same reason this wrong !!!! Jerry Mercado needs to know the reason for people leaving is because of the HORRIBLE staff 👎🏻
Dr. Mercado and the other Doctors are very nice and compassionate. Leaving our former Pediatrician was hard enough because I was really satisfied with her back in Georgia... I was worried I wouldn't find any Pediatrician like her and her team. But fortunately I found Dr. MERCADO thru google! My kids finds it like a camping trip every time I mentioned its Dr. Mercado's visit. They are excited to see him ... Shout out to the "ate" in the front.
