Have seen Dr. Hahn a few times for dermatology care. He makes me feel rushed, and his office staff calls to reschedule appointments so often it is difficult to keep up. Having melanoma twice previously, I need a doctor that takes time checking my skin; not rushing me through. He only sees dermatology appointments on Saturdays, and if your appointment is in June, you will be rescheduled and pushed back several months before being seen. Truly, the least responsive doctor I have seen in 30 years. I am now driving to Morgantown,... read more

I had a terrible experience. Did not find them helpful or responsive to infection that i developed after a service they did or accurate advice on the remedy.Went to another dermatologist and it was the difference of "night and day" as the saying goes in skill and help.Would not recommend the Berkeley Springs,WV office.

Saw the PA in the Keyser office for a yearly dermatology check-up. She froze two spots on my head. I asked for a full body scan, which consisted of her peeking down the back of my shirt, looking at my exposed ankles and declaring that I was "fine." I waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute exam! The PA MISSED 3 spots on my scalp and 2 additional spots on my face. I made an appt. with another doctor to take care of those spots. NEVER GO HERE! The PA is indifferent & the wait time is ridiculous.

When I arrived for my appointment I was taken to an exam by a man who didn’t introduce himself. He then talked to me about my problems. He left and sent in another girl in who didn’t knock or introduce herself either. She said “you are the one with the moles” I said yes only because I was blown away by the unprodessionalism. I should have left right there. The physicians assistant is the only one who introduced herself. This was the worst first visit to any dermatologist.

Office was extremely dirty. We had an appointment here 4 weeks ago and there was dried blood on the floor of the waiting room. Today at my visit the same dried blood spots are on the floor. They really should fire their cleaning service. Very unprofessional
