I took my 16 year old son to see Dr. Ellstein on Thursday. From my initial call on Wednesday to make the appointment through being triaged his staff is incredible. Absolutely hands down the best , most helpful , professional,compassionate, caring staff of any office we've ever been in. Dr . Ellstein was phenomenal. He explained every thing to my son in great detail. Spoke to him directly. Answered his questions and did such a thorough exam. He took every ounce of anxiety my son and I had away.

I saw Dr. Ellstein today for the first time for a fractured finger. He was kind, informative and precessional. His whole staff was welcoming and caring. I think he was great! He took his time while in the office with me exalted my hand and listened to me. I think it's important when you find a doctor who really takes their time with you. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know with problems with hands arm and neck.

We were treated by Doctor Ellstein in the ER at Huntington Hospital. The hard core sales used by his staff will make us never use or refer him again. Even after we cancelled our appointment they continued to call to "close the sale". 4 phone calls before noon on a Wednesday by Marcia to discuss financials was the first sign. Then they investigated to find we had additional insurance. It was boiler room sales tactics. Not for us!

One of the best physicians I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Met him in the Huntington Hospital ER where he set my daughter's complicated wrist fracture. In the x-rays, it appeared her radius (the lower arm bone that lines up with the thumb) had exploded. Five days later, when x-rayed, it was hard to see where the bone was fractured. He's the best. He answers questions and explains what he's doing.
