Dr. Barron is an expert in his field. Through surgery, he corrected my knee. It’s been ~ 25 years since he operated on my knee and it’s still going strong! His explanation of the surgery was thorough and his follow-up was like any other doctor I’ve ever had…he actually called me the day after my surgery to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Barron!
Just had a 4th shoulder surgery. Finally fixed by a Dr that was very concerned. Dr. Barron said after he attempted to fix the issue , a 2nd time says " you'll have to endure the pain. Nothing else can be done. " Well, seems he missed a major part of the issue. He was always rushed and obviously didn't take the time to investigate. Smh
My experience was not the best, I felt like he rushed to do my son surgery and when asked questions very little information was given when my son had to have a second procedure, then finding out he had to have a 3rd procedure, was not happy at all, on the day of the third procedure we sat in the lobby for about 2 hours before someone let us know that they were not doing the 3rd procedure on my son, the Doctor did not even some and speak with us nor his staff to explain why they sent the doctor that put you to sleep to tell u... read more
Dr. Barron is fantastic! An expert in the field, he is knowledgeable on todays trends, and treatments. He is very personable, empathetic, and treats his patients with the utmost kindness. He explains things clearly and gets straight to the heart of things. I am pleased to have him as my Orthopedic and highly recommend him.

Dr. Barron is an excellent surgeon. He performed shoulder surgery on me. And, my shoulder is back to 100% (additional thanks go to Greg Ott Physical Therapy). Dr. Barron was wonderful in the office, pre-surgery and post-surgery.
Dr. Barron has been wonderful in explaining my shoulder slap surgery along with follow up afterwards. In my opinion only have Dr Barron do your surgery. I understand why he is considered the best !
I would say this practice is the worst in Charlotte, Jerry is as arrogant as they come as far as surgeon's go. If you ask for an explanation of what they did during the surgery he will blow you off and walk out of the room. Lacy his P.A. should have her license pulled. She lied to me on more than one occasion and lied in her notes in my chart. If you are looking for any form of privacy and professionalism go elsewhere, I have had several surgeries in my life and this by FAR has been the wors
