Dr. Singer is a good urologist but he hides behind phone recordings that make reaching a human being difficult. The staff itself are always busy on the floor and once reached are rather cold. Forget talking to the doctor. Appointments can also take a long time, however, once you are seated in his office he is patient and attentive. Go figure. I am unhappy with that situation.
