...until I started seeing Dr. Singer. In one visit, I walked in, filled out the patient form, and sat with my significant other in a corner of the waiting room. After all the other patients were called, I received a call on my cellphone from Dr. Singer's office, asking if I was going to make my appointment. 80 degrees in office as ac was not working or off to save on electricity! Then a must wear mask mandate. They do not have a water fountain (Broken)had my 2nd appointment cancelled by office in advance. I wasn't going back anyway. I was supposed to receive 2 prescriptions as discussed with the Doctor. Only received one. When I called the office, I was told the Dr wants to wait till my 2nd appointment for the second medication. IN CASE the steroid pack for 6 days worked. Well it didn't!

I have been seeing Dr. Singer for quite a few years great doctor but the way a staff member carry them selves on the phone made me change doctors unprofessional and very arrogant.
Second time waiting over an hour. Staff totally unresponsive. I will be switching doctors after today
Dr singers receptionist would not let me see the doctor on July 26 unless I bought a mask for 2 dollars I drove 150 miles to see dr singer and now half to reschedule because she could not use my card to buy her two dollar mask
Excellent service. They were all wonderful in the office. I had an emergency and needed an immediate appointment and they accommodated me. The PA is excellent and the doctor is as well. Both were very nice and spent a great deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail. They did not do unnecessary testing. The staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a medical office. The staff displays zero compassion to clients. In fact, they can often be heard talking badly about them following phone calls. Be sure to ask for a summary of your visit, everything you told the doctor will be misreported and entirely inaccurate. Doctor Singer should be ashamed of his staff for failing to properly report symptoms and questions, as well as himself for failing to provide any timely care to patients.
