It is a pleasure to have Dr. J as my regular doctor. I feel he really cares about his patients well being and is easily accessible for a quick email or call. He also has an excellent and efficient staff. This is what a doctors office should be.
Dr J, as we call him, is keeping up the same high standards that were first set by his father, Alan. The staff are all the very best. I rarely write reviews but Dr. J and his office deserve 5 stars!
We have been patients of Dr Alan Smith for over 10 years and are happy for him that he has chosen to retire. We began seeing his son Dr Jeremy Smith in the practice a year ago and are so pleased that he has taken over for his dad. Excellent care in every respect.
Very disappointed, needs more education and experience .i was not put in patient gown for annual physical, not a good physical exam Poor decisions on treatment, incorrect diagnosis whereI did not need biofeedback I needed surgery which I had to find a provider and arrange. I am a long time RN, I had to manage my own care, find my own referrals as he is not familiar with area I have complex medical issues which I felt he could not handle I did not trust him, he should not be in a concierge program I found a better doctor
