Dr. Jeremy Smith is a compassionate, kind and caring doctor who is both professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to diagnose, discuss and explain any necessary medications. He is always available for his patients. Like his father, Dr.Alan Smith, he is a wonderful physician! The entire staff are extremely competent, helpful and very friendly.
