Found Dr Mahoney to be very trusting. Could have charged me for a new crown but worked the hold crown that had fallen off so that it stayed for several more years. He never got the money for the new crown as the old crown came off at a time I was not in Palm Coast. All in cost was approximately $900 for the new crown. Dr Mahoney's charge was whatever the insurance paid. Good guy
After billing my insurance $400 and me paying $444 out of pocket for a crown, I now have to have it redone by another dentist. The fit of it is poor with gaps around it and not fully seated. Both visits were very rushed as I was the last appointment of the day and felt I was an inconvenience to him as he was more concerned with leaving work.
