I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Beware of these guys. As others have mentioned, the staff seems nice until you ask any questions. I was pretty certain I had misplaced a rib due to a severe bout of bronchitis and needed an adjustment. The staff assured me when I called that I would receive an adjustment that day and that they had treated "all kinds of people" who had severe back and rib pain after coughing etc. By the time I got their office I was in severe pain, but Dr. Wottrich seemed more intent on making chitchat and was insistent that I had cracked my ... read more
